My Lightness and Joy
The day to day moments which warm my heart and fill my soul. Reflections of the past and present, thoughts of the day, meaningful quotes and everyday life captured for me to remember as the time passes all too quickly while raising my beloved children.
Being Present ~ Choosing the Path of Consciousness
I'm beginning again, to live authentically and deliberately with my children. I will live with intention by observing them; watching them being and doing, for that is what fills my heart. It is my way to lightness and joy. I will stay alert to synchronicites. I will keep my eyes, ears and heart open.
