My Lightness and Joy

Being Present ~ Choosing the Path of Consciousness
I'm beginning again, to live authentically and deliberately with my children. I will live with intention by observing them; watching them being and doing, for that is what fills my heart. It is my way to lightness and joy. I will stay alert to synchronicites. I will keep my eyes, ears and heart open.
